Monthly report by the 1st · Payout by the 5th · Clean split of net proceeds after platform fees
Agreement required. Commission is calculated on net proceeds after platform fees.
Payment. Hourly services and flex blocks are paid in full at the time of booking. Project work and retainers are invoiced per the signed agreement.
No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes hourly bookings, flex blocks, project deposits, retainers, and completed sessions. Flex-block hours never expire and remain available for future use.
Rescheduling & cancellation. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules inside 48 hours forfeit the booked time and are not refunded. No-shows are billed in full.
Resale & consignment. Curated Resale is a service performed on behalf of the client. The client retains ownership of all items at all times. Items are listed on third-party resale platforms, and the agreed commission split is calculated on net proceeds after platform fees. Payouts follow the schedule in the signed resale agreement.
Disputes. Concerns about a session should be raised within 7 days of the service date so they can be addressed directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are considered a breach of these terms.
